Job Description:
We’re hiring a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a growing real estate business. The ideal candidate will be experienced in transaction coordination, client communication, and marketing. You’ll be handling administrative and documentation tasks that are crucial for closing deals smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate real estate transactions: prepare and manage listings, contracts, leases, and related documentation
• Track deadlines and follow up with clients using checklists and timeline tools
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, task lists, and client/prospect records
• Manage invoices and payment follow-ups
• Handle phone calls (inbound/outbound) with clients and prospects
• Use Docusign and Zipforms for digital document management
• Create and organize marketing materials using Canva
• Manage and post on social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram), track engagement, and adapt content accordingly
• Write and update blog posts with provided content
• Monitor Microsoft Teams channels and take appropriate actions
• Utilize tools like Google Tasks, Reminders, and email templates to stay organized and efficient
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Quick learner with strong initiative-taking abilities
• Ethical, honest, and people-oriented
• Bookkeeping experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Backup internet and power supply
• Fluent in American English; capable of independently engaging clients and taking action
• Experience with MLS is a plus

Working Hours:
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week (Monday - Saturday)
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Graveyard Shift, 1-hour lunch break)
• Saturdays: 4-8 hours depending on VA availability

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required
