Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant who can support executive-level organization while handling social media and customer support. This part-time role offers a wide variety of responsibilities that will help streamline workflows and enhance customer experiences through smart, reliable support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive calendar management and scheduling

• Organizing digital files and task systems

• Creating and scheduling content on social media platforms

• Supporting customer service tasks via Go High Level

• Editing or organizing video/audio content using Descript

• Following up with leads and tracking communication

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive VA or in a similar role

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Self-starter who seeks clarity and takes initiative

• Resilient and able to handle feedback positively

• Strong attention to detail and task follow-through

Tools You Will Use:

• Go High Level

• Descript

• Social Media Platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 20 hours/week

• Graveyard Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S. Time Zone)

Rate:

• $5–7 USD per hour

Preferred Traits:

• Highly organized and detail-focused

• Strong communication skills and not afraid to ask questions

• Positive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Credit score required

• Must be available to work on the Graveyard Shift (U.S. Eastern Time)
