JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a proactive and friendly VA who thrives in guest communication, loves creating systems, and has a flair for social media? This might be your next big opportunity!

Job Description:

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can expertly handle guest communication, provide social media and marketing support, assist with bookkeeping, and help develop efficient systems. If you’re someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and excels in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest communications via platforms like Airbnb and VRBO

• Post and schedule content on Instagram and Facebook

• Assist in developing guidebooks and marketing emails

• Organize and maintain receipts and pay invoices

• Help build and streamline operational systems

• Use Canva to create visually appealing ads and content

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities

• Guest-first mindset with a friendly and helpful attitude

• Confident in taking action but humble enough to ask questions

• Experience with Canva and social media content creation

• Prior experience in guest communication or hospitality is a plus

Tools You Will Use:

• Owner Rez (Property Management Software)

• Airbnb and VRBO

• Canva

• Instagram and Facebook

• Google Workspace

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 20 hours/week

• Schedule: 1 PM – 6 PM CST (Tues–Sat) – Graveyard Shift

Preferred Traits:

• Friendly and professional communicator

• Self-starter with a solutions-focused mindset

• Creative with an eye for marketing visuals

• Organized and eager to create efficient systems

• Coachable and open to feedback

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Must provide a credit score

• Must be available to work during designated hours (Graveyard Shift, U.S. timezone)
