Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant who can assist with personal and marketing tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining and organizing our CRM system
• Managing and updating the company website
• Assisting with drafting contracts
• Using real estate systems provided by Keller Williams
• Creating and editing marketing materials (Canva preferred)
• Performing general administrative support
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Proficiency in Canva, Google Suite
• Familiarity with Keller Williams systems
• Knowledge of Dotloop is a plus
• Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not required
• Excellent English communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Honest, loyal, and able to take initiative

Position Type:
• Part-Time (30 hours/week)
• Time Zone: Eastern (Preferred working hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, ideally starting at 10 AM)
