JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and organized Virtual Assistant with a strong graphic design background to help us grow our online presence, support our real estate listings with beautiful flyers, and drive engagement through email marketing. You’ll be the voice behind our visuals—the brains behind the brand's sparkle.

Key Responsibilities:

Design listing flyers that wow buyers and impress sellers

Manage and create engaging content for our social media accounts

Schedule and send compelling email marketing campaigns (we’re talking opens and clicks!)

Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery

Bring new ideas to the table—visually, strategically, energetically

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

• Knows what makes people stop scrolling—and click

• Has a feel for branding, layout, color, and messaging

• Strong attention to detail and able to juggle multiple projects

• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred)

• Real estate marketing experience? Bonus points, friend.

Tools You Will Use:

• Canva • Photoshop (or equivalent design software)

• Mailchimp

• Social media platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn)

Working Hours:

•Part-Time (15 Hours/Week)

•Monday–Friday, Between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST (Graveyard Shift if you're outside the US) •Hourly Rate: $5/hr

Non-Negotiables:

Screenshot and productivity tracker required

Must have a Credit Score (for client requirement)
