Job Description:

We're looking for a highly experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a QuickBooks pro and a proven leader who has successfully managed a small accounting team. You will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and mentoring team members in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and team workflows

• Prepare and analyze financial reports

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

• Conduct reconciliations and maintain accurate records

• Provide leadership and guidance to a small accounting team

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant

• Proven experience managing a small accounting team

• Strong expertise in QuickBooks and certification required (non-negotiable)

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and analytical skills

Working Hours:

• Full-Time

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Graveyard Shift)
