Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Part-Time Sales Virtual Assistant with a background in either nutrition or nursing. Your health expertise will support your ability to connect with prospects and promote services with empathy, trust, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

•Reach out to leads via phone, email, or messaging platforms

•Conduct consultative sales conversations and follow-ups

•Educate prospects using your nutrition or nursing background

•Track and manage sales funnel activity

•Maintain accurate CRM records

•Collaborate with the team for marketing and outreach strategies

Qualifications:

•Background in nutrition or nursing (required)

•Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles

•Excellent verbal and written

•English communication

•Empathetic, persuasive, and highly organized

•Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems

•HIPAA Compliant

Tools You Will Use:

•EHR / EMR platforms

•Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

•Communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)

Working Hours:

•Part-Time: 20 hours per week Monday to Friday

•Hours: Between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)

•Screenshot and productivity tracker required
