Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant who excels in organization, finance tracking, and task execution with minimal supervision. If you are efficient, resourceful, and know your way around AI tools like ChatGPT, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Track business expenses and receipts using Excel
• Organize and manage financial data
• File business licenses and handle local tax filings
• Coordinate and book business travel
• Manage calendar and scheduling using Google Calendar/iCalendar
• Use AI tools to increase efficiency in task execution
• Make Appointments schedule meeting with lawyer and doctor
Qualifications:
• Proficient in Excel and financial tracking
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication
• Self-motivated and fast learner
• Able to work independently and anticipate needs
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
Tools You Will Use:
• Excel -Google Calendar / iCalendar
• ChatGPT
• Quickbooks
• Zero
• Google Workspace
Working Hours:
• Part-Time: 20 hours per week
• Preferred: 1:00 PM
• 5:00 PM PST (some flexibility may be required)
• Graveyard Shift

Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required Time of Work Hours must align with PST
