Job Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Virtual Assistant to join a vibrant team in the fine jewelry and piercing industry. If you're detail-oriented, people-focused, and love offering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression, this is the perfect role for you. You’ll be the first line of connection with customers, helping them feel seen, heard, and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, empathetic approach
• Utilize company tools and resources to handle inquiries efficiently
• Support the team with daily tasks and maintain clear communication
• Uphold a high standard of care and professionalism in every interaction
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service or support experience (VA or similar role preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized and a natural team player
• Passion for fine jewelry and knowledge of piercings is a big plus
• Familiarity with e-commerce and customer support platforms
Tools You Will Use:
• Shopify apps
• RichPanel
• Google Suite
Working Hours:
• Part-Time (30 hours/week)
• Monday to Friday
• US Daytime Hours (Original schedule: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST, subject to shift adjustment)

• Time of Work Hours (Graveyard Shift – US Timezone, if converted)
