Job Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Video Editor & Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team. You’ll be responsible for editing and optimizing short- and long-form video content, publishing across major social media platforms, and helping build a strong digital presence that positions our client as a trusted authority in their field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce 3 short-form videos weekly (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc.)

• Edit and produce 1 long-form video weekly for YouTube

• Upload, optimize, and repurpose video content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

• Write SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, hashtags, and tags for all posts

• Manage a content calendar and ensure consistent posting

• Create and deliver weekly content reports with engagement and performance insights

• Collaborate for quick reviews and edits during overlapping hours

Qualifications:

• Strong video editing skills with a good sense of pacing, hooks, and captions

• Proficiency in managing content on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Basic SEO knowledge for content optimization -Experience with content scheduling and reporting

• Excellent communication and organizational skills -Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable

• ChatGPT

• Canva

• VidIQ

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 20 hours/week -Must have at least 2–3 hours of overlap with 9 AM – 5 PM MT,

• Monday–Friday (Flexible) -Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)
