Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Preparation

• Gather data from various sources, clean it up, organize it beautifully, and keep it updated.

• Data Analysis

• Dive deep into trends, patterns, and performance metrics to help the team make informed moves.

• Accuracy & Performance Monitoring

• Keep all data systems in check. No duplicates. No errors. No loose ends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong data management + analysis skills

• Confident with spreadsheets, dashboards, and CRM tools

• Detail-obsessed and accuracy-focused

• Problem-solver who thinks critically and acts fast

• Independent, dependable, and coachable

• 2+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience
