Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a results-driven Virtual Assistant who specializes in ad support (YouTube and Google Ads) and video editing. The ideal candidate is someone who can also support social media strategy and is eager to grow into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize YouTube and Google ad campaigns

• Edit high-quality, engaging video content for social platforms and marketing needs

• Support the development of social media strategies

• Analyze ad performance and recommend improvements

• Collaborate and communicate efficiently with the team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Google and YouTube Ads

• Strong skills in video editing (portfolio required)

• Familiarity with social media marketing strategies

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Creative thinker with attention to detail

• Preferably with experience in Coaching or wellness.

Tools You Will Use:

• Google Ads Manager

• YouTube Studio

• Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

• Project management and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, etc.)

Working Hours:

• 20 hours per week to start, with potential to grow into full-time

• Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Able to take constructive feedback and improve continuously

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required
