Job Description:

We’re looking for a full-time Automation Expert to join a fast-growing, heart-led coaching company based in Sydney. You’ll be the engine behind the systems, helping turn chaos into clarity through automation and precision.

Tools You’ll Use:

• Zoho CRM (your BFF)

• Zapier

• ActiveCampaign

• GoHighLevel

• ClickFunnels

• Kajabi

• Typeform

Key Responsibilities:

• Map customer journeys and architect strategic automation flows

• Build flawless workflows using Zapier and other automation tools

• Integrate data across ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Typeform, ActiveCampaign, and GoHighLevel

• Troubleshoot errors and optimize performance—fast

• Document systems clearly and collaborate across teams

• Think ahead—make sure tech always supports business goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience building complex automations across multiple tools

• Strong systems thinking and tech problem-solving abilities

• High attention to detail—because one wrong zap can break the whole machine

• Clear communicator with strategic thinking and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently AND as part of a team

• 2+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience

• Organized, detail-oriented, systems thinker

• Strong communicator and independent worker

• Tech-savvy and resourceful under pressure

• Flexible, proactive, and solution-focused

• Working Hours : Flexible - Sydney Time
