Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper to provide support in both administrative and financial tasks. If you excel at staying on top of details, taking initiative, and multitasking in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Monitor and respond to emails
• Handle phone communications professionally
• Perform debit entries and reconcile accounts
• Assist in follow-up tasks and reminders
• Support the team with ongoing administrative duties
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Working Hours:
• Part-Time: 20 hours/week
• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM MST (Graveyard Shift)

Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required
• Credit Score required
• Must be available during stated working hours (Graveyard Shift)
