Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Project Manager VA to lead task execution, manage timelines, and coordinate across a team of VAs. You’ll be the glue that keeps the project structure tight, clear, and on schedule while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines and deliverables.

• Coordinate team members and assign daily tasks.

• Maintain clear communication and reporting systems.

• Track multiple ongoing tasks and provide status updates.

• Manage scheduling and task prioritization.

• Suggest and implement workflow improvements.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Project Manager or team coordinator (virtual or in-office).

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Detail-oriented and systems-driven.

• Able to manage multiple moving parts and stay on top of deadlines.

Tools You Will Use:

• Appfolio (or similar project/property management tools)

• Time tracking tools

• WhatsApp (for direct communication)

Working Hours:

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)

• Flexibility required based on team/task needs

• Hourly Rate: $5/hr
