Job Description:
We are hiring a full-time Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to support a fast-growing real estate investment business. This role combines detailed bookkeeping with broader administrative support, ideal for someone who enjoys numbers, structure, and switching between tasks. You’ll manage financial records, assist with reports, and support various administrative functions across multiple entities and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Tasks:
• Use QuickBooks to record transactions and generate monthly reports (cash flow, income statement, balance sheet)
• Reconcile bank statements and manage property-related transactions
• Collaborate with property management software and accounting teams
• Coordinate with vendors and assist in year-end tax documentation
• Develop dashboards and tracking systems; provide written insights and verbal summaries
General Administrative Tasks:
• Independently write and edit emails and letters
• Maintain and organize digital files and spreadsheets
• Use office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
• Conduct basic data analysis and create visual aids
Qualifications:
• Advanced QuickBooks proficiency
• Experience in property accounting and finance
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Skilled in general admin tasks and comfortable switching between functions
Tools You Will Use:

Working Hours:
• Full-Time – 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 9 AM – 6 PM EST
• $6/hour
