About the Role:
As our Hiring Manager, you’ll oversee the full recruitment process — from job posting to onboarding. You’ll work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective strategies to attract the right candidates.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the end-to-end hiring process (posting, screening, interviewing, selection)
• Partner with managers to develop hiring plans that match team needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline
• Use data to improve recruitment strategies
• Coordinate with HR for smooth onboarding
• Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident in making hiring decisions and evaluating candidates
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Great at managing multiple roles and timelines
• Discreet and professional with sensitive information
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus

Working Hours:
• Full-Time
• 8 AM to 5 PM CST

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
• Must work during the specified hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST)
