We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales department. Job Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will be instrumental in setting sales goals, coaching team members, and ensuring that targets are met or exceeded. You will also work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a remote sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Create and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and skills.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Track sales performance and adjust strategies based on data.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and track customer interactions.
• Work with marketing to align sales and promotional efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a remote team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and other sales software.
• Ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.
Working Hours:
• Full-Time 8 AM to 5 PM CST

Experience:
•Sales: 2 years (Required)
•Sales administration: 1 year (Preferred)
