Job Description:

About This Role This is not a typical executive assistant position. We’re looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant who works directly with our CEO, supporting him across strategic initiatives, AI-driven workflows, and digital content creation.

You won’t just manage tasks — you’ll help amplify the CEO’s impact by leveraging custom GPTs, LinkedIn Live, podcasting, and YouTube content to shape client's presence and voice.

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-performance environments and is excited to play an integral role in helping the client continue to lead at the pinnacle of the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Operational Support

• Work directly alongside the CEO to manage priorities, coordinate initiatives, and ensure smooth operations across projects.

• Anticipate needs, solve challenges proactively, and bring certainty to deliverables, schedules, and outcomes.

AI Integration & Content Co-Creation

• Use custom GPTs daily to co-create documents, briefs, LinkedIn content, and thought-leadership pieces.

• Collaborate with Sebastian and our custom GPT (Wave) to translate strategic insights into emotionally resonant, Sebastianized content.

Podcasting, Video, & LinkedIn Live

• Act as a moderator/interviewer for monthly or bi-monthly LinkedIn Live sessions hosted under the client.

• Be confident on camera — natural, engaging, and able to guide conversations fluidly.

• Optionally help shape a podcast by preparing questions, structuring interviews, and collaborating on publishing.

Communication Flow & Engagement

• Support the CEO in engaging prospects, partners, and the business community through LinkedIn and digital channels.

• Help elevate client's voice across content formats, ensuring consistency, clarity, and resonance.

Required Skills & Background

• Passion for AI, GPTs, and digital transformation — ideally with visible proof (YouTube channel, podcast, blog, etc.).

• Comfortable on camera and skilled at facilitating conversations.

• Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicator.

• Naturally proactive — you anticipate needs, spot gaps, and elevate outcomes without being asked.

Bonus Points

• Experience moderating live events, podcasts, or interviews.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Creator tools and digital storytelling.

• Understanding of B2B content marketing and high-level communication strategy.
