Job Description:

We are looking for 10 reliable and creative Virtual Assistants to help elite physicians boost their visibility online and attract more patients. If you enjoy working with social media, creating content, and supporting professionals remotely, this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Do:

• Conduct a short Zoom interview with a doctor twice a month (30 mins each)

• Upload the recording to GetMunch.com (we provide training)

• Use ChatGPT to generate 45 quotes from the video

• Design 45 quote images using Canva (templates and training provided)

• Post daily on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (weekdays only)

• Include correct booking links via GoHighLevel

• Respond to comments and direct messages on social media

• Send weekly email newsletters

• Tag and track leads in GoHighLevel

• Monitor and report on post performance

• Use testimonials and follow-ups to build the doctor’s reputation

• We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Skilled in using Canva for social media graphics

• Excellent written English and professional communication

• Kind, organized, detail-oriented, and cheerful

• Committed to high-quality work and continuous improvement

• Able to follow detailed instructions independently

• Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus (but not required)

• Rate: $5 per hour

• Start Date: ASAP
