Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant who can nurture leads, support the sales process, and manage executive tasks such as calendar organization. The ideal candidate is an empathetic team player who can hold the team accountable, follow through with responsibilities, and work independently to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Nurture leads and follow through with the sales process.
• Organize and manage calendars and schedules.
• Ensure accountability and follow-up within the team.
• Support sales and executive functions with accuracy and reliability.
• Assist with light content creation tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Empathetic and team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to nurture leads effectively.
• Ability to work independently with autonomy.
• Strong moral values and outcome-focused approach.
• Prior experience in sales support or executive assistance is a plus.

• Google Sheets / Excel
• Canva
• Video Editing Software
Working Hours:
• Part-Time (approx. 20 hours per week)
• Monday to Sunday, about 3 hours per day (flexible, no fixed hours).
• Melbourne Time Zone.
