JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a passion for marketing, design, and client communication? Do you thrive in a role where you can think, create, and polish — not just handle admin tasks? If so, this opportunity is for you!

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support marketing, client communication, and automation tasks. You’ll handle day-to-day marketing activities, manage client engagement, and create professional assets that align with a luxury brand aesthetic. This role requires someone who can take projects from idea to launch with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and send polished client communications (emails, SMS campaigns, follow-ups).

• Create visually appealing marketing assets (brochures, graphics, short-form videos).

• Manage and schedule social media posts and client responses.

• Build and maintain marketing funnels (ClickFunnels or similar).

• Set up and manage automation sequences for email/SMS campaigns.

• Proofread, format, and polish documents for professionalism and accuracy.

• Ensure marketing campaigns are launched consistently and on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English (written & spoken) – polished, professional, and engaging communication.

• Strong creative design skills (social graphics, brochures, branding, basic video editing).

• Proven marketing support experience across multiple channels.

• Familiarity with funnels and automation platforms (ClickFunnels or similar).

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.

• Boulevard (CRM)

• Aesthetix CRM

• Instagram / Facebook

• ClickFunnels

• Canva / Adobe

• Google Workspace

Working Hours:

• 20 hours per week

• 8 AM – 5 PM PST (Graveyard Shift, Part-Time)

Preferred Traits:

• Creative eye for branding and “quiet luxury” design aesthetics.

• Trustworthy, professional, and discreet with sensitive information.

• Strong initiative — able to suggest improvements, not just follow instructions.

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

• Credit score required.

• Must work during stated Graveyard Shift hours.
