Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is hiring a Marketing Manager to help scale a fast-growing brand focused on helping business owners reduce taxes, improve cash flow, and build long-term wealth through proactive tax strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, enjoys turning ideas into high-performing campaigns, and knows how to keep marketing operations moving smoothly.
You’ll work closely with leadership to manage content, webinars, campaigns, and lead generation efforts across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, webinars, and lead funnels
• Coordinate webinar launches, promotions, and follow-up campaigns to drive registrations and attendance
• Publish and manage content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WordPress
• Maintain marketing calendars, workflows, and campaign timelines to ensure smooth execution
• Manage HubSpot campaigns, email workflows, and lead tracking systems
• Collaborate with editors, VAs, designers, and creatives to keep projects moving forward
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials and platforms

What We're Looking For:
• Strong experience managing marketing operations, campaign execution, and content workflows
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and content production
• Proactive and execution-focused with a mindset for solving problems and creating momentum
• Experience supporting webinar marketing, lead generation, and social media growth
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a commitment to high standards

Working Hours:
• Full-time role with standard US business hours overlap required. Schedule and timezone alignment will be discussed during the hiring process.
