Job Description:
Virtual Dream Team is hiring a Marketing Manager to help scale a fast-growing brand focused on helping business owners reduce taxes, improve cash flow, and build long-term wealth through proactive tax strategy. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing marketing ideas to life, managing moving parts, and keeping campaigns running efficiently from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with leadership to execute content strategies, manage webinars, oversee lead generation efforts, and support day-to-day marketing operations across multiple platforms. If you’re proactive, organized, and love making things happen, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, webinars, and lead generation funnels
• Coordinate webinar launches, promotions, registration tracking, and follow-up campaigns
• Publish and manage content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WordPress
• Maintain marketing calendars, workflows, and campaign timelines to ensure smooth execution
• Manage HubSpot campaigns, email automations, and lead tracking systems
• Collaborate with editors, VAs, designers, and creatives to keep projects moving forward efficiently
• Track campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Ensure brand consistency, quality, and accuracy across all marketing materials and platforms

What We're Looking For:
• Strong experience managing marketing operations, campaign execution, and content workflows

• Experience supporting webinar marketing, lead generation, and social media growth
• Proactive, execution-focused, and confident solving problems without constant direction
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a commitment to high standards

Working Hours:
• Full-time role with required overlap during standard US business hours. Final schedule and timezone alignment will be discussed during the hiring process.
