Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to support our sales operations team. You will play a vital role in client onboarding, sales professional onboarding, reporting, and ongoing technical/operations support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working with tech tools, and is committed to ensuring processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding
• Set up HubSpot workflows and integrations following SOPs.
• Configure Calendly events and scheduling integrations.
• Create Slack channels and send onboarding documents.
• Set up HubSpot and Aloware sequences for campaigns.
Sales Professional Onboarding
• Send welcome emails and onboarding instructions.
• Create and configure new accounts in HubSpot, Slack, and company email.
• Follow step-by-step SOPs for onboarding.
Reporting & Maintenance
• Build and update Coefficient reports monthly.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by following SOPs.
Technical & Operations Support
• Handle ad hoc tech/ops tasks (updating battlecards, managing permissions, etc.).
• Troubleshoot HubSpot, Slack, and other integrations.
• Keep documentation updated when processes change.
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs consistently.
• Tech-savvy with experience using multiple tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Working Hours:
• Part-time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST (flexible if needed).
• This is a Graveyard Shift role (US Timezone).
