Job Description:

We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant (30 hrs/week) Are you a tech-savvy, creative powerhouse who loves bringing brands to life? We’re looking for a proactive and organized VA to help grow and manage our beauty-focused, female-driven brand.

About the Role:

• As our Digital Marketing & Social Media VA, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and managing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

• Designing marketing materials using Canva, Adobe, and other tools

• Running paid ads and optimizing SEO

• Managing email marketing campaigns

• Using AI tools (ChatGPT and others) to generate creative ideas

• Supporting overall digital marketing and brand growth

Tools You’ll Work With:

• Instagram, TikTok, Meta

• Canva, Adobe

• Google, HighLevel, Phorest

• ChatGPT & other AI platforms

Work Schedule:

• 30 hours per week

• 9 AM – 6 PM EST (flexible)

Who We’re Looking For:

• We want someone who is: Tech-savvy and creative

• Experienced in digital marketing and social media

• Proactive, organized, and a self-starter (no hand-holding needed!)

• Kind, fun, and has a great sense of humor

• Passionate about beauty and female-driven brands

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot & productivity tracker required

• Must be available during specified US working hours (Graveyard Shift)
