Job Description:
We’re seeking a proactive, marketing-savvy Virtual Assistant who excels at organizing chaos, building email campaigns, and driving lead generation efforts. You’ll play a key role in supporting a dynamic leadership and personal development brand as it builds out a new business arm. If you love working behind the scenes to bring structure and clarity while helping visionaries shine, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns (ActiveCampaign)
• Build and maintain lead generation systems and contact lists
• Design marketing assets using Canva
• Support landing page creation via LeadPages
• Assist in event preparation (slide decks, communications)
• Track and follow up on leads
• Help structure workflows and processes using Trello or similar tools
• Contribute to improving marketing consistency and structure
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in digital marketing
•Ability to work independently and take initiative
•Detail-oriented and process-driven
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong organizational and project management skills
•Previous experience supporting entrepreneurs is a plus

Working Hours:
•Part-Time (20 hours/week)
•Flexible hours between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM BST
