Job Description:
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) VA who can drive new revenue, manage sales pipelines, and build strong relationships with enterprise buyers, resellers, and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new revenue through proactive outreach and strategic relationship building.
• Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
• Manage and forecast sales pipelines with accuracy.
• Build long-term partnerships with resellers and SaaS platforms.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain complex ideas.
• Skilled in trust building and handling long, complex sales cycles.
Tools You Will Use:
• Salesforce or HubSpot (CRM)
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Outreach
• PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva
Working Hours:
• Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• U.S. Time Zone (Graveyard Shift)
• Hourly Rate: $5/hour
