Job Description:

We are a growing company looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Video Editor to help us produce engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. If you love editing short-form videos and keeping up with the latest trends, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce engaging short-form videos for multiple social media platforms.

• Add captions, transitions, music, and effects to make videos pop.

• Repurpose long-form content into short clips optimized for social media.

• Stay on top of current social media trends, editing styles, and formats.

• Work closely with the content team to align videos with brand voice and goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven video editing experience (portfolio required).

• Skilled in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends.

• Ability to deliver high-quality edits with quick turnaround.

Nice-to-Have:

• Motion graphics or graphic design experience.

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and engagement.

Position Details:

• Rate: $5–$7 per hour (depending on experience)

• Schedule: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday (part-time, 20 hrs/week)

• Location: Remote
