Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Part-Time E-Commerce & Social Media Virtual Assistant to help build and manage a brand focused on inspiration and empowerment. This role is perfect for someone who loves combining creativity with strategy, managing online shops, and fostering engaging social media communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage print-on-demand (POD) product creations.
• Upload and manage products across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop and run ads on social media platforms.
• Analyze sales performance and collaborate on growth strategies.
• Manage community pages where clients can share pictures and inspirational stories.
• Collaborate with the team to build a movement around the brand.
Qualifications:
• Experience in e-commerce and social media management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Independent worker with initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Open, honest, and receptive to feedback while able to give constructive feedback.
• Motivated and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.

• Canva
• Meta Business Suite
• Social Media Platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
• Gelato (POD platform)
• Shopify, Etsy, Amazon
Working Hours:
• Part-Time: 20 hours per week
• Schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Madrid Time
