Job Description:

We’re looking for detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Billing Virtual Assistants to support a busy medical practice. If you’re experienced in EZ Claim, QuickBooks, and Charm Health, love working with numbers, and have the energy to keep things running smoothly, this role is perfect for you! You’ll play a vital part in ensuring claims are processed accurately, reconciliations are completed on time, and billing operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medical billing, eligibility verification, and claim submissions

• Submit and track appeals for denied claims

• Organize payors and reconcile accounts with bank statements

• Create and maintain clear, accurate, and beautiful spreadsheets

• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely resolutions

• Bring a proactive, solutions-focused attitude to improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in medical billing (EZ Claim and/or Charm Health required)

• Proficiency in EZ Claim Billing, QuickBooks, Charm Health EHR, and Excel

• Strong organizational and spreadsheet skills

• Excellent communication and listening abilities

• Familiarity with medical terminology

• Positive, energetic, and meticulous in completing tasks

Working Hours:

• Full-Time, 40 hours/week

• Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Must have a Credit Score (for client requirement)
