Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated ClickFunnels Builder & Social Media Virtual Assistant. In this role, you’ll focus on designing and optimizing funnels, scheduling and posting social media content, and assisting with executive tasks. You’ll help bring big ideas to life—turning sketches and concepts into professional, customer-facing deliverables while supporting smooth client communication and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize funnels in ClickFunnels
• Convert sketches and whiteboard ideas into polished, client-facing documents
• Schedule and post social media content across multiple platforms
• Assist with email and calendar management
• Document and improve business processes
• Support client interaction and onboarding
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with ClickFunnels (mandatory)
• Social media management experience (scheduling, posting, engagement)
• Strong organizational and process documentation skills
• Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Loyal, honest, and trustworthy with sensitive information

Working Hours:
• Part-Time: 20 hours per week
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Graveyard Shift for PH-based applicants)
