Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Executive & Marketing Assistant who will play a key role in supporting daily operations, customer service, and marketing efforts. This position requires a detail-oriented, creative, and resourceful individual who can adapt to a variety of tasks—from assisting the CEO to helping manage customer communications and social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Admin
• Manage emails, calendars, and customer payments
• Provide timely support and follow-up with clients
• Ensure smooth communication and organization across the team
Marketing & Social Media Support
• Conduct research to support marketing and content efforts
• Schedule social media posts and assist with engagement
• Use AI tools (e.g., Descript, ChatGPT) to create rough video edits, blog drafts, and social media content
Executive Support
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and travel arrangements
• Assist with executive-level communications and planning
• Help keep high-level projects on track by handling day-to-day tasks
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative, executive support, or marketing assistant roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools for content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with a positive, can-do attitude
• Trustworthy, dependable, and committed to excellence
Tools You Will Use:
• Infusionsoft (CRM & marketing automation)
• Descript (AI-powered video and audio editing)
• ChatGPT (or other AI content creation tools)
Working Hours:
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (times may vary during launches or special promotions – Graveyard Shift for PH-based applicants)
