Job Description:

We are seeking 2 highly motivated Virtual Assistants to join as Outbound Callers. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, generating interest, and maintaining an organized database while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to meet set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to qualify and generate leads.

• Maintain a clean, accurate, and organized customer database.

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns.

• Communicate empathetically and effectively to understand customer needs and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining efficiency.

• Empathetic, articulate, and customer-focused.

• Goal-oriented and able to consistently meet performance targets.

• Google Sheets

Working Hours:

• Full-Time (40 hours per week)

• Flexible schedule (aligned with Sydney time)

• Articulate and empathetic communicator

• Strong listener with problem-solving abilities

• Efficient and quick in resolving customer issues

• Organized and able to manage data accurately

• Resilient and motivated by targets

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

• Must follow designated working hours and achieve performance targets.
