Job Description:
Support a digital branding professional with day‑to‑day creative operations: organizing assets, handling transcripts, and keeping projects moving from idea to publish. This is an execution‑heavy role that rewards consistency, accuracy, and strong follow‑through.
Key Responsibilities
• Transcribe video/audio to clean, structured documents; capture highlights and action items.
• Organize and maintain a searchable library of assets (videos, images, copy, brand files) with clear naming and version control.
• Prepare decks, one‑pagers, and visual briefs from draft content or notes.
• Coordinate small creative projects end‑to‑end (timelines, checklists, stakeholder updates).
• Quality‑check outputs for brand accuracy, typos, and formatting before release.
Qualifications
• Experience supporting creative/marketing workflows; comfortable with transcription tools and cloud drives.
• Strong writing and formatting; can turn rough notes into clean, usable materials.
• Highly organized; builds simple systems others can follow.
• Tech‑savvy with common creative/PM tools (Google Workspace, Notion/Airtable, Canva/Adobe, Loom, etc.).

• Fulltime 40hrs/wk
• M-F 8-5PM MST
• Rate: $5/HR
