Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant / Lead Nurture Specialist to support a FocalPoint Business & Executive Coach focused on leadership development for independent school leaders and business owners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing systems, nurturing professional relationships, and helping a coaching business grow through structured follow-ups and lead engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage HubSpot CRM (funnels, tagging, segmentation, and workflows).
• Handle LinkedIn lead nurturing through Sales Navigator (follow-ups, messages, and content touches).
• Support scheduling and bookings (manage calendar links, confirmations, and reminders).
• Provide weekly reporting (leads contacted, meetings booked, progress updates).
• Assist with light administrative tasks (email triage, document organization, templates/scripts).
Preferred Traits:
• Proven experience with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented — you take pride in keeping systems efficient and accurate.
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
• Personable, proactive, and confident engaging in outreach and follow-ups.
• Able to work US Central Time (CST) hours reliably.
Preferred:
• Experience supporting FocalPoint Coaches or professionals in executive/business coaching environments.
Bonus:
• Background in client management, marketing support, or lead generation for coaching or consulting businesses.
Non-Negotiables:
• Part-time start (20 hours/week minimum) with potential to scale up.
