Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Marketing Manager Virtual Assistant to help strengthen a construction company’s online presence and expand its brand visibility. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the company’s website, managing marketing materials, and supporting sales funnel growth through effective online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the company website regularly.

• Create visually appealing brochures, flyers, and eBooks using Canva or similar design tools.

• Manage and engage with followers on social media platforms.

• Develop and optimize marketing funnels to improve lead generation.

• Support ads management and campaign performance tracking.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and visibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.

• Strong understanding of sales funnels, online engagement, and branding.

• Proficiency in Canva, Builder Trend, and CRM tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, consistent, and proactive in managing deadlines.

• Growth-oriented and eager to learn new tools or marketing strategies.

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 20 hours per week
