Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Personal Assistant who can manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and support social media and capital-raising initiatives. This role requires a balance of communication savvy, attention to detail, and strategic thinking to help attract investors and strengthen business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule emails and meetings.

• Support social media marketing for investor and capital attraction.

• Conduct outreach to banks and businesses for potential partnerships.

• Handle general administrative and coordination tasks.

• Maintain professional communication and reporting.

• Analyze data and provide clear, actionable reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in social media marketing and capital raising is a plus.

• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.

• Must be proactive and capable of working independently.

• Neutral accent and professional phone manner required.

Tools You Will Use:

• GoDaddy (website/email management)

• RingCentral (communication/dialing system)

• CRM familiarity is a plus (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, etc.)

Working Hours:

• Part-Time (20 Hours per week)

• Schedule: 7 AM – 11 AM HST (Hawaii Standard Time)

• This is a Graveyard Shift if you’re based in the Philippines or similar time zones.

• Rate: $5/hour

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

• Must work within the specified hours.
