Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly competent and proactive Digital Marketing VA who brings integrity, initiative, and strategic thinking to the table. If you’re not just looking to “do tasks” but to contribute meaningfully and think ahead, this role is for you.
This is a part-time (20 hours/week) remote position starting immediately. You’ll play a key role in helping build a premium digital presence that attracts qualified leads — not tire-kickers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining landing pages and funnels
• Building and organizing a branded content system for consistent visibility
• Setting up a responsive lead follow-up flow through CRM tools
• Supporting lead generation, sales, and marketing activities aligned with business goals
You’ll start with core deliverables (branded content, funnels, follow-up system) within the first 6–8 weeks, then help us enter the new year with momentum and measurable growth.
• Create and optimize landing pages/funnels for lead capture and conversion
• Develop a branded content system (daily/weekly premium posts)
• Manage lead generation workflows and follow-up sequences
• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure smooth client communication
• Provide weekly progress reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with the client to ensure brand alignment and strategic direction
Qualifications:
• Communicates in excellent English — both verbal and written
• Has integrity, loyalty, and strong initiative
• Is responsive, reliable, and genuinely present (not just going through the motions)
• Thinks strategically and creatively to improve systems and anticipate risks
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined
• Understands digital marketing and CRM management
• Has experience in lead generation, sales, and admin support
Tools You Will Use:
• CRM systems
• Marketing funnel builders
• Lead generation tools
• (Note: Specific tools will be discussed and provided upon onboarding)
Working Hours:
• Schedule: 20 hours per week (starting point)
• Shift: Begins at 8:00 AM Sydney Daylight Time
• Timezone Alignment: Sydney time; with flexibility around December holidays
• Compensation: Based on experience (paid onboarding and training included)
• Commitment: Long-term, with potential for expanded hours based on performance
