Job Description:
We’re seeking a versatile Social Media Manager (Traffic Generation) and Graphic Designer with strong video editing skills to create engaging content, manage social platforms, and design visuals that capture attention and convert traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Manager:
• Manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms.
• Create long-form and short-form content (posts, reels, and stories).
• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media ads to drive traffic and engagement.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
Graphic Design & Video Editing:
• Design marketing materials such as thumbnails, banners, flyers, and slides.
• Create visually appealing assets for social media, presentations, and promotions.
• Edit engaging video content for reels, ads, and social media campaigns.
• Ensure all visual and video content aligns with the brand’s tone and goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and/or design.
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of social media ad setup, targeting, and optimization.
• Excellent grasp of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Tools You Will Use:
• Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• CapCut / Final Cut Pro (for video editing)
• Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Business Suite
• Google Drive / Slack / Notion (or similar collaboration tools)
Working Hours:
• Part time 20HRS/WK
• Between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• This is a Graveyard Shift role.
• Rate: $5–6/hour

• Strong sense of design and storytelling
• Detail-oriented with excellent aesthetic judgment
• Tech-savvy and resourceful
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
• Must work during stated hours (Graveyard Shift).
