We’re currently seeking a skilled GHL Builder & CRM Automation Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s tech-savvy, loves creating smooth systems, and takes pride in building tools that make businesses more efficient.

Job Description:

You’ll be responsible for setting up, customizing, and managing GoHighLevel (GHL) for a client in the outfitting and outdoor adventure industry. Your work will directly support business operations and client management by optimizing CRM workflows, ensuring data integrity, and automating key processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and customize GHL CRM, pipelines, fields, workflows, and user permissions.

• Safely migrate client data into GHL with accurate mapping and organization (including HIPAA-sensitive data).

• Build custom client intake and update forms that automatically populate within the CRM.

• Create automations for onboarding, renewals, reminders, and internal notifications.

• Integrate GHL with ClickFunnels 2.0, Zapier, and other platforms as needed.

• Document all CRM processes and create basic user training guides for the internal team.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) setup and automation workflows.

• Experience with Google Sheets, Zapier, and form-building tools.

• Familiarity with ClickFunnels 2.0 or willingness to learn.

• Understanding of secure data handling (HIPAA/PCI awareness a plus).

• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Personable, professional, trustworthy, and resourceful.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical details clearly.

Working Hours:

• Part-Time (20 hours/week)

• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM MST (Arizona Time)

• Graveyard Shift (Philippine Time)
