Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager/Copywriter who can manage social media platforms and create compelling content that builds brand awareness, engages audiences, and drives results. You’ll be responsible for planning, writing, scheduling, and analyzing content to ensure consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for posts, blogs, and marketing materials

• Develop content calendars and posting schedules

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community interaction

• Analyze metrics to improve engagement and reach

• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Copywriter, or similar role

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and tools

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Tools You Will Use:

• Canva

• Meta Business Suite

• Google Workspace

• Trello or Asana

• Grammarly

• ChatGPT or similar AI writing tools

Working Hours:

• Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Graveyard Shift)

Rate:

• $5–6 per hour

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Must work during the stated hours (Graveyard Shift)
