Job Description:
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Executive Assistant who can oversee daily operations, coordinate projects, and provide direct administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. This role is perfect for someone who’s not only organized and detail-oriented but also excels at braindumps — capturing ideas, structuring thoughts, and transforming them into clear, actionable tasks and project plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and track ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Conduct and organize braindump sessions with leadership, taking ideas and turning them into structured workflows and priorities.
• Assist with executive scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for various initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity on priorities and progress.
• Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain and organize digital files and resources.
• Support in team coordination and internal communications.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Executive Assistant, or Operations VA.
• Strong note-taking and transcription skills — ability to turn unstructured ideas into clear plans.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with project management and productivity tools.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.

Working Hours:
• Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Graveyard Shift)
Rate:
• $5–6 USD per hour

• Must be available to work during Graveyard Shift (US Timezone).
