Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands US accounting standards, and is ready to contribute to the financial success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations

• Prepare and analyze financial statements

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes

• Develop budgets and forecasts

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings

• Manage and process company payroll accurately and on time

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making

• Maintain accurate documentation and implement accounting controls

Qualifications:

• Must be 28 years old or above

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – REQUIRED

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting or financial management experience

• Hands-on experience in managing company payroll – REQUIRED

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Tools You Will Use:

• QuickBooks Online (Advanced)

• Excel / Google Sheets • Payroll platforms

• Communication tools (Whatsapp, Zoom, etc.)

Working Hours:

• Full-Time/Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM CST

• Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)

• Rate: $5/HR

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required
