Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Marketing VA to support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves digital marketing, content creation, and helping a business grow through consistent, high-quality execution.

This is a full-time position for a Female Filipino applicant, 28 years old or older, who can work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.

About the Role:

As our Marketing VA, you will support daily marketing activities, help execute campaigns, create content, and assist with administrative marketing tasks that keep our brand running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing marketing campaigns

•Create and repurpose content for social media, email, and other channels

•Manage posting calendars and ensure consistent brand visibility

•Perform basic research for content topics, competitors, and trends

•Assist with simple graphic creation using tools like Canva

•Update tracking sheets, reports, and marketing-related documentation

•Coordinate with the team to ensure tasks and deadlines are met

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set — always with clear communication.

Qualifications:

•Female, Filipino, 28 years old or older

•Experience as a Marketing VA or in a similar digital marketing role

•Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

•Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing strategy

•Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and meet deadlines

•Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

•Creative thinker with good attention to detail

•Able to work full-time during 8AM–5PM CST

•Canva

•Google Suite

•Meta Business Suite

•Scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)

•Basic project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Asana)
