Job Description:

We are looking for a highly reliable AI Operations Launch Coordinator who can support product launches, manage operational workflows, and help execute AI-powered systems.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. Many routine admin tasks are already automated, so the focus is on execution, coordination, problem-solving, and operations support.

The selected candidate will complete a professional AI certification provided for free as part of onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support product launches from planning to execution.

• Manage AI-driven operational workflows and systems.

• Use GoHighLevel and ClickUp to organize projects, tasks, campaigns, and follow-ups.

• Monitor launch timelines, deliverables, and action items.

• Identify gaps, suggest solutions, and follow through independently.

• Communicate updates clearly and proactively.

• Complete the required AI certification during onboarding.

Qualifications:

• High-level knowledge of GoHighLevel and ClickUp.

• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Experience supporting launches, operations, systems, or project coordination.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Highly organized, reliable, and execution-focused.

• Comfortable learning and using AI tools.

Working Hours:

• Full-Time

• Graveyard Shift

• First 2 weeks: 4 hours of work and 4 hours of AI certification study daily

• $5/hour
