Job Description:
We're looking for a professional and emphatetic Executive Assistant with a strong background in customer service.If you're great at handling inquiries,building relationships,and solving problems with warmth and patience,we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and executive support
• Adapt quickly to different client needs and situations
Requirements:
• Previous customer service or client-facing experience is required
• Skilled in handling inquiries, building relationships, and problem-solving
• Professional, empathetic, and quick to adapt
• Brings warmth, patience, and excellence to every interaction
• 28 years old or older
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.
Working Hours:
• Full-Time
• 8 AM to 5 PM CST
Preferred Traits:
• Detail-oriented
• Strong decision-making skills
• Motivated and driven to take action and see tasks through
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with systems and process management
Non-Negotiables:
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
• Must have a good credit score.
• Must work during the specified hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST).
