Job Description:
We’re looking for a Social Media & Customer Experience Virtual Assistant who will manage online engagement, respond to customers, and support marketing activities. This role requires a friendly communicator with great attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and engage with audiences on social media platforms.
•Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
•Assist with social media campaigns and Facebook Ads.
•Maintain accurate and organized data using Excel or related tools.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
•Provide excellent communication and timely updates.
Qualifications:
•Strong knowledge of social media management and engagement.
•Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
•Detail-oriented and responsive to customers’ needs.
•Ability to work independently and take initiative.
•Previous experience in customer support or social media management is a plus.
