Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who thrives on building scalable marketing systems and delivering measurable business growth. In this role, you'll take ownership of the entire customer acquisition journey—from strategy and campaign execution to marketing automation, reporting, and team leadership. You'll work in a fast-paced remote environment where data, accountability, and continuous improvement drive every decision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a high-performing, multi-channel marketing strategy that consistently generates qualified sales opportunities.

• Lead and mentor the marketing team while establishing clear KPIs, accountability, and performance standards.

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to maximize return on investment.

• Build and maintain marketing automation, lead nurturing workflows, database segmentation, and CRM processes.

• Analyze campaign performance, attribution data, and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for continuous optimization.

• Create, document, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline marketing operations and improve team efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.

• Present concise, data-driven marketing performance reports and recommendations to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 5 years of progressive marketing experience in high-ticket coaching, B2B, SaaS, or similar industries.

• Proven experience building full-funnel marketing strategies, marketing automation systems, and conversion-focused campaigns.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams, developing SOPs, and driving accountability.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, manage budgets, forecast ROI, and make data-driven decisions.

• Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced remote environment with brief, direct, and solutions-oriented communication.

• A proactive professional who takes ownership, embraces continuous improvement, and consistently delivers measurable results.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.

• Flexible working hours with required availability during core business hours in Sydney, Australia (AEST/AEDT).

• Rate: USD $2,000 per month (Fixed-Fee Full-Time Contract)
