Job Description:

We are looking for a high-performing Instagram Sell-by-Chat Specialist who can confidently manage inbound and outbound DMs, nurture warm leads, qualify prospects, and drive them toward booking qualified calls and conversions. You will act as the warm, human touchpoint behind a high-engagement Instagram account—turning attention into meaningful conversations, appointments, and revenue.

This role requires someone who is organized, resourceful, confident in communication, and excellent at following up and moving leads through the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage daily inbound and outbound DMs (including weekends).

•Organize, triage, and prioritize all DM conversations.

•Start new conversations with story viewers, engagers, and ideal profiles.

•Qualify leads using a question framework and handle objections.

•Move qualified leads to the next step: booking calls, link clicks, or payments.

•Build and maintain structured follow-up sequences for all lead stages.

•Track leads in CRM/trackers and set reminders to keep conversations active.

•Conduct discovery via chat and communicate value with clarity and confidence.

•Book qualified calls and ensure reminders are sent to maximize show-up rate.

•Turn story replies, comments, and content engagement into DM conversations.

•Execute IG growth tactics such as story polls, question boxes, and highlights maintenance.

•Maintain clean notes, trackers, tags, and updated scripts.

•Report daily and weekly metrics: response time, volume, qualified leads, bookings, show-up %, and influenced revenue.

Qualifications:

•1–3+ years experience in sell-by-chat, DM closing, or appointment setting.

•Proven success closing coaching, course, or high-ticket offers via DMs.

•Strong follow-up discipline—lives in trackers and reminders.

•Outstanding written communication with warm, confident leadership in chats.

•Highly organized and detail-oriented with clean documentation habits.

•Resourceful and proactive—able to propose better scripts, CTAs, and workflows.

•Native familiarity with Instagram features: Stories, Lives, Highlights, Broadcast Channels, Notes, Collabs, links, etc.

•Experience with DM scripts, lead tracking, and objection handling.

•Competent using spreadsheets, calendar tools, and basic link tracking.

•Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, Close, or similar tools.
